We know that the need is great for high-quality mental health services in Oregon, and we were prepared to invest $50 million in building a brand new facility that would offer 250 full-time jobs and provide the much-needed care.  However, given conditions and limitations imposed that are untenable, we made the difficult decision to withdraw from the CON process.  We will continue to work with our community partners and remain committed to being part of the behavioral health solution in Oregon.
